Once again our nation (Nigeria na!) is on the verge of exploding into a very serious state of confusion, currently with fuel scarcity on the rise again.
Nigeria is a country blessed with human and natural resources with over 150 million people and abundant natural resources with the cream of them being crude Oil and gas, but this is not the issue, the issue is that presently Nigeria imports petroleum products for consumption!!
For so long we heard politicians use word like "privatization" "public private partnership" (PPP) but no head in the matter, our refineries are non-existent and presently the Federal Government wants to remove fuel subsidy without having a plan to repair/build our refineries.
Whats the game plan? Those our democratically Selected president even have a plan?? OK! i remember now!! 7 point sumthin!!! mmmmmmmhhhh i wonder where we are on that list, i don't seem to remember us doing anything on that list yet......... well that's a story for another day!!
So in conclusion the common man is not considered in any decision taken at "The rock" with the current hike in price of crude in the international market, if the subsidy is removed the common man will suffer because the importers (they know themselves na!) will make mince meat out of the rest of us! As the saying goes the rich get richer! or what do you think?

The thoughts of a burglar
The thoughts of a burglar................i wonder what goes through the mind of a house burglar?
Will he be thinking thoughts like "What if someone comes home?", "Was i seen going in?", "will i be seen making a getaway?", Really i don't know but one thing i do know, it must be pretty intense thoughts!
Why do i ask? To my detractors i am not changing "jobs" yet! it just happened to be that my crib was burgled yesterday! I got home and wondered if a tornado blew through my crib what with everything scattered to the four winds (North,East,West and South...........NEWS right?).
To crown a long story short it was not easy because i had arranged the place nicely the day before (actually wify did!) so i was really mad at first but after a sit down with my good friend Gulder and had him speak to me like four times, i got to thinking........ what went through the burglars mind during the "job".
so you tell me, what do you think?

NIgeria is 419.....i mean......
Nigeria is 419.....i mean......49! Yeah that's right!! 49 years of good
governance, good roads, em..em.. are we still talking about Nigeria?
Good question!.. who asked that question?...any one?? oh! I did!! whats there to
celebrate? Bad roads? No power?? lecturers on strike??? ooooohhhhhhhh cmon!Need i say more?
Ok! the anger is out!! (Zen moment ssssshhhhh!) Now the reason why Nigerians are known worldwide as the happiest people on the planet is because we are so used to nothing happening in naija that when we get to a country where everything works (basic facilities), we just cant believe it! and go all gah gah!!
What am really trying to say is that if there was any thing worth celebrating it would be life! cause that's all we can be sure of, the government has no hand in that (Thank God for that!)
So i declare an independence of government and celebrate life! have fun everyone e no easy!!
